As for the question about whether they can be selected when your not connected to the internet, I have no idea.
This seems to be broken now with the new patch.
can anyone confirm if this still works after today’s random PC patch? I am using the Steam version btw.
the unlocker does not work when trying it today steam version. Is there a new updated unlocker?
I assume if you backup the save file you can avoid losing the unlocked items. But which file(s) is the save information? It makes no sense that the patch would reset everyone’s save file everytime.
Everything in my game is still unlocked after updating.
I think for now the only way to use the “unlocker” is to use it before applying patch 2.
But you can’t really do that, as GFWL stops you logging in without the patch and doesn’t save anything if you don’t log in.
Still no news on how to get this to work post-patch 2? I don’t know of a way to revert it to unlock everything, then re-patch.
Was the steam version the only patched, or both the steam and the retail were patched?
Both were patched
i have the windows 7 k 32bit and it doesn’t still working…
when i run the unlocker nothing pops up…

Ya I just installed latest version and the unlocker doesn’t work with current patch.

I only bought the one. Its was the $15.00 “Complete Alternate Costume Pack”
The alternate costumes are still available even if you’re logged out of GFWL (I’ve confirmed it just seconds ago).
I just hope that Capcom releases a third alternate costume for the SSF4 and AE characters like some rumors say.
