Pc and USFIV

Hi,
So I just sold my xbox 360 and got an xbox one for upcoming fighting games and HALO 5. I also have a gaming PC with multiple games on my steam account. After selling my xbox 360, I decided to keep my fightstick. This was at the same time when sf5 was announced to be on ps4. I regret my purchase of buying an xbox one. Now my fightstick is just collecting dust because sf4 is not on the xbox one and there no good fighting games out right now except for MK10. I’m thinking of buying USFIV for steam and playing it on my PC.

How is this game on PC? Online Lag/smooth?
Is there a good amount of people that play online?

USF4-PC on Steam is SUPERB NOW? *GASP*

why buy SF5 or this game on 360 and keep rewarding a company that keeps failing everyone time and time again? I’m just waiting for Yatagarasu to drop on steam store cuz its already been established that game is gonna have rollback netcode. no rollback fighting game=no play for me. I’ve learned my lesson.
