PAX Prime is my one Street Fighter Tournament a year. Lame, but thats just how it is. Last year I did terrible but am hoping for at least a little redemption! Competing in the AE and 3rd Strike tourneys. Also excited to play SFxT. Who all is in? What are you all stoked for?

I’ll be at PAX but I doubt I’ll compete for one I’m not sure the schedule of the pax tournament and I’m fairly sure there is no real reward for winning, like no cash prize, no gift card, no prize at all outside of like a fake metal i think, so not much motivation for giving up a day of con events and hanging out with friends to play some people who aren’t that competitive. But if it ends up having a sweet prize or scheduled well I’d love to test my might in some MK9 and AE.
I believe last year the 1st place prize was a Chun TE + art books from Capcom/Udon?

Haha yeah. I made it out to a Gameclucks event last year and was hella free. Got on Bokkin’s team which was random but really cool. Shit just goes down and I can’t dedicate too much time to it on my weekends. I always take time off work for PAX though and its nice to be able to compete there.

I haven’t played in a tournament in over 5 years, but I’ll be there for Third Strike. It’s still my 2nd favorite after all these years (after MvC2). Unfortunately, I only heard about the one and didn’t realize they were doing MvC3 and others. Oh well, hope to see a few folks there. I’ll be the dude with unkempt hair and a big beard. Here’s hoping a few of the big name panelists (Sanford, JWong) stick around for some games.
