There is the “head in the clouds” gamecenter in the place d’italie area :

I also heard of a “vs dojo” in the basement of a videogame shop in Rpublique (where all videogame shops are located). They even got two linked KoFXII atomiswave sd. The name of the shop is square game, address is 5 Boulevard Voltaire and metro station is Rpublique.
