Panzer 3 disconnect issue?

I have a Panzer 3 with with Brook Universal, and it will occasionally cut out before or after a match/round. I usually just press the PS button and it control comes back within a couple of seconds, but it’s still annoying. It happens once every hour or so (so it’s not related to the 8 min timeout issue imo). I’ve tried a different cord and updated Brook firmware, but neither has solved the problem. I’ve only tried the stick on my PS4, so maybe it’s unique to my console? Still, when another, different Panzer 3 (not mine) is plugged in, it doesn’t seem to experience the same issue (not enough time playing to be completely certain, but right now it appears to be an issue just with MY Panzer). The issue is also strange because it doesn’t seem to cut out during a match, just after one has ended. Has anyone had something similar happen?

What should I try to fix this?

If you swapped the cable from the outside of your Panzer and it didn’t work, you may need to do one of two things: swap the neutrik adapter (assuming you’re using that), or swap the USB A-B cable from within your Panzer case (if you’re using the pro cable kit from Jasen, you would just swap that). I had to do that for my Panzer and that solved my problem altogether.

Thanks for the reply! I’ve got the pro cables, so I’ll try the USB A-B cable first. Hopefully that solves things.
Edit: Actually, after cracking this open again, I see that the USB A-B cable has a special fabricated end to allow it to connect to the pro cable. Jasen must make them himself. I’ll contact him to see if I can get another.
