Okay, this is actually the first time I stepped into this thread and the line art being the basis for our creations is freaking sick. I’m trying to use GIMP, but every time I try to color the image I get a grey color. Why does that happen?
Also, Parasoul NEEDS a Mamimi alt from FLCL. She was practically made for it and you guys have got to throw Squigly fans a freebie today. 
Edit: Got GIMP working just fine now.
Now that Valentine is confirmed, my hopes for a Haruko (FLCL) color pallette will be possible now.

Nope, completely original (I just noticed I’m doing a lot of pink and green edits recently).
Get it. Anesthesia will be fine though - they surely have some similarities in their designs and stories. Frankly I can’t recall “battle nurse” character besides those two.
I think the Catherine palette would fit her a lot more than Filia, and she would look great alongside Katherine Parasoul :3
