Damn it! :wtf: You can’t always get what you want…
If a color edit was in this game, i would be 100% more hype for this game. i mean me personally, would spend tons of time in it. so it wouldnt go to waste, but now for the complexity of it, i couldnt tell you. i dont design video games. so ready to play this game though.
Color Edit Mode means people make nude colors or colors that blend in with stages, which means we (probably) won’t get it.
AFAIR it was stated by “Skullgirls” on facebook that we’ll definitely not get color customization because of aformentioned reasons.

you can always could have the option to turn them off when playing online, seeing only the local edited colors, for me it more like they dont want to give them the option, there are ways to avoid the reasons the problems of having it
i would love a color edit mode, even if it means that i need to pay for it as an extra to have it

Ms Fortune would look awesome in a Freakazoid type palette. Her skin becomes her default shirt color and her shirt goes to match his red. Fortunes collar stays the same as it’s the same colors as Freakazoids logo. If you can color the area around her eyes you can make it look like she’s wearing the mask. The lightning bolts in Freakazoids hair can be done on her inner ears; it’s a perfect match I tell yeh!

I don’t see what the big deal is, I think we should just respect the team and the dozens of palettes we are going to get. They are working very hard, the colors we already have are awesome, some characters already have over a dozen choices already, not to mention that the team is taking suggestions from us. So I’m happy without a color edit mode, I’d rather have taunts than a color edit mode. Color edit not only will cause problems like nudes and camouflage, but it’s time the team could be using doing something far more productive.
