Sign-ups: 1230-130pm-ish
Start time: 2pm

Fees
Sign-up fee - Flat $5 over all games, this goes to the house
Tournament Game fee - $5 for each tourney entered, goes toward pot
Ex: Entrance in CvS2 and MvC2 = $15

Pot Split 70/20/10

Tournament Games WILL be on FREE PLAY before (around 12pm) and during the event. May also be left on free play for a little bit after the event.

3S (I will update if it will be up no later than Monday)
CvS2
MvC2
SC3

No game breaking glitches.
Games will be best 2/3, except first round and losers bracket of CvS2 will be single game.
Depending on turnout tournament rules may change.

Those that would like to help run brackets would be much appreciated. Just contact me.

People need to vote up for the 4th game because if we can’t get a good showing we may only run the top 3 games.

Phoking that day might actually be a bit busy maybe. So we’ll see if you’ll get a chance to run brackets. May actually need you to be working instead of brackets. We’ll see how our staffing is though and who else wants to help out.

also a good idea is to put up ballets in the front so the regulars who doesn’t have an account should be able to vote as well. Of course, you might have done that already while i was gone for the school week XD.

RenoROB: Yes it is an ALL arcade event. Basically whatever the top 4 games are those 4 will be played Feb. 10th. SO if you want SC3, make sure to vote up.

Still taking volunteers to run brackets if any would like to help out.

If whoever can sticky this also has the ability to change the poll option to see who voted, that’d be cool too. Thanks.

Most likely going to do sign ups from 1230-130/2pm-ish like we did last time. Then start about 2pm ish.

Hey you the same p-groover that came out last time? If so, it was good seeing someone beast in p for once.

Also, remember free play will be on before the event. We do this for a couple reasons: 1. so people can practice 2. just in case there are button/stick issues that we missed we can fix them before the tourney starts.
Please let us know if there are problems. Our tech will be on hand for most if not all the event plus I can help out w/ the simple things like switches.
