**rules and regulations **
the game is marvel vs capcom
the emulator is kawaks 1.54
this will be a 1on1 tournament
starting time will be 5pm PST
there will be a 20minute grace
period for people who are late
to show up and get situated.
the server will be god weapon
"best of the best" server since
everyone pretty much uses that
already.
all characters, infinites, tactics
are allowed.
during the tournament, i’ll call the
matches outs and you’ll play.
if you take too damn long and i mean
like, waaaaay too long, then i call
the match and you both lose. basically
dont finish your match and then keep
playing. when you’re done your done.
if you act like a moron, i’ll DQ you.
**NOTE if you dont want to use
kawaks, then tough. you either
play on kawaks or just dont play.
tournament format
THIS IS A ONE DAY TOURNAMENT
SO IF YOU DONT SHOW UP OR YOU’RE
LATE, THAT’S YOUR BAD AND WHATEVER
HAPPENS, HAPPENS.
this is a double elimination tournament
it will be bset 3of5 until the finals
which will be best 4of7.
if there’s a dispute about who won what
then i’ll do 1 of 2 things; i’ll flip a
coin (lol) or i’ll have you replay the
match with someone i trust watching.
THIS IS A KAWAKS ONLY TOURNAMENT.
