I figured out a sweet meaty overhead os ultra set up with Elf. If this is already known, please let me know, but if not, then enjoy.
Does not work against Chun-Li or Rose when I was testing.

Yeah, both Chun Li and Rose have very far-reaching, very quick to recover back dashes. It seems the whiff recovery on far s.HK is too long to for ultra spark to catch them. Works on everyone else I tested it on, though.

That looks like a bait more than a OS. It’s still a great tactic so gs on finding it.
