Mightfo, are you using XP? The VJoy site says that blocked keys might not work on Vista/7. Also, when I run the sticks, the binds don’t work unless I have the stick window prioritized, at which point the arrow keys don’t work.
That being said, this game is loads of fun and I’ve got quite a bit of testing to do.

It’s arguable that the entirety of part 2 was an extension of AH1.

But for real though, I wasn’t trying to compare the two games. I like Ougon. I just feel they could of fleshed out a little more of the mechanics. Maybe make it a little deeper or something.
This game has some cool aspects but E’s Laf is out there too people.

Yeah this game is a million times better than the first Melty. I didn’t like that game.
Ougon will keep me occupied. I just wish I could play other people with it. Shitty internets in my hotel.
Quoted for truth, the original Melty has not aged well at all even though it was pretty special back then.
Let’s just hope the patching/expansions/sequels will go the Melty way and not the BBB one,
though with the size of the Umineko fanbase, it’s not like they’ll have any lack of feedback.
I think you have never played BBB, as between capable players it’s by far the best Doujin fighter of the last 10 years, and far better than this ABCDABC236236C game.
But people got stuck on the major upgrade that was 1.03, especially in the US… Although the game was just PERFECT after.
Anyway, I really await the upgrades to Ougon, it could become good in 1 or 2 iterations. Just add free cancels & airdashes and the game will be interesting !!!

I played very capable players in the game, that doesn’t keep Umineko from being more interesting then BBB was. Plain and simple buddy.
Yeah I checked her out today. She’s definitely a shoto with shitty normals.
Tagging during offense is totally free, and the game becomes [media=youtube]gIJRAcVf5tY"[/media] and fast paced once you go into the mindset of switching a lot.
The only thing I really hate is the small window to cancel normals into everything…
This is how I feel with it. That’s just fooling around with training mode. It has potential, but like most doujin games, it’ll take revisions, patches, all that junk to get better.
this game doesn’t need universal air dashes. Evatrice is enough.
