Hey guys do any of you have experience using a converter like
…to use an old CRT monitor as a modern gaming monitor? Those old heavy tube monitors have NO lag. But, I worry about the converter itself making lag.
Can’t you just use a VGA cable to a VGA monitor?
Don’t some of them happen to have weird connectors though that sometimes aren’t compatible? Or is that going back too far to the ones that are too old?
The old monitor I have is a really old one.
I’m totally picturing one of those old school colour TVs with knobs for the channels and a knob below for contrast right now.

That actually reminds me though, that I’ll have to bring my PS3 as another station for TTT2 and BBCP (and that I have to make sure to unlock Kagura beforehand, I don’t have Kokonoe though, so can’t help with that). Actually, come to think of it, I figure the Tekken people will probably bring their own consoles as I remember they used to typically do that with their PS3s. Also, gonna double and triple check with the Smash guys on their stuff.
