If I was here to win and talk shit, I would have picked up Doom back in February 2011 instead of these mid-tiers, since I used Doom throughout Marvel 2 while you were still learning how babies are made. When have you ever repped Ottawa outside of Ottawa? I’ll answer that for you: never.
I dont even play games regularly, and you KNOW I don’t even own Marvel (so my combos do a bi-annual upgrade), but I’m confident that I can beat you at any fighting game made before 2009. So can Myles, Yang, Tak, hell Khiempossible and probably 80% of Ottawa’s old crew who doesnt even play games can beat you. You talk shit in 2 games that happen to be today’s top games. You think that makes you good? Can you play ANY SF game that isn’t 4, or ANY versus game that isn’t UMvC3? Games that don’t have X-factor and require fundamental skill?
I challenge you to any fighting game pre-2009, as long as I’m somewhat familiar with it.

Speculating about games I’ve never played and moreso shit-talking because of them just shows how little of value you’ve got to say. I talk shit in 2 games because those are the games that I and everyone else currently play, do you hear anybody popping off about CvS2 and Alpha 3? I gain the respect of my peers by playing hard and winning, that’s why I rarely talk. I’d ask how you gain others respect but I don’t think you’ve had much luck with that in the 6+ years you’ve been here.

I know, it’s crazy! But that’s why Im here. Do I care if I lose? Obviously not, or I wouldn’t still be here, throwing down $5 or $10 here and there, entering tournaments and ranbats that I know I probably won’t win. I play low tiers, so that should have been a dead givaway. But it seems some people are so alien to the idea that someone could play a game for reasons besides winning. Krackatoa, do you play Dan because he wins? Obviously there’s another reason. I played Dan through the Alpha series because he was fuckin fun to use.
I like games. I dont talk shit. But if you talk shit to me, then clearly you’re desperate for respect or something that you might be lacking.
I’m not speculating, I’ve had several people who were there to witness you playing those older games tell me that you weren’t any good at them, combined with the fact that you still won’t list even a single title that you think you were good at… it’s not too hard to tell you were bad.
I like games too, not really sure what your point is. Part of playing fighting games is the competitive aspect, in fact I’d say the most important part of fighting games is the sense of 1v1 competition you feel when playing. If you just want fun with no competition go play mario party or some shit. I don’t play to win, but if I’m gonna play these games you’re damn right I’ll do my best to win.
And how you got trash talking a scrub over the internet = desire for respect is beyond me, but I guess that’s the kind of logic that lands you a job at a head shop at ~28.
