Love this. Has he ever had it in-game before? Or is there any more art of him wearing this?

It was his Another Iori outfit from 2000, he only wears it when used as a Striker.

He probably used it in one of those korean KOF comics…

Yeah, It was a one-off costume that he used when he was a Striker in KOF2000. The playable version doesn’t wear it though.
