A leader being dead doesnt mean the whole organization will cease what they’re doing. They’ll put someone else in charge, keep bombing and shooting civilians, and doing what they do until they’ve either won, or all died.

Are you sure America doesn’t support the killing of innocents? Supporting dictators and corrupt politicians in Mexico and central America which led the the mass murder of the indigenous people (which we fully supported by continuing to give them bundles of money), thus sparking the mass exodus of those people to America, and the current cartel problems. The support of an illegal state in the middle east which has done more harm than good than fundamentalist Iran. The death of over 1,000,000+ Iraqi civilians which had nothing to do with 9/11, or picked up arms to protect their homeland from what they deemed tyrants.
People in this country need to realize that we have been systematically raping and destroying these countries for our profit. Enforcing our values and ideals on them. They simply retaliated, people need to understand that these people are fighting for what they believe is right. They believe they are freedom fighters and they are right to believe so. they are fighting to fend of the invading mongering horde who threaten their way of life. Who are we to say they are wrong and we are? American’s sure as hell don’t value life more than these “sand people” or have better morals. Using God as in excuse only makes the founding fathers of our once great country roll over in their graves and makes us look as stupid as they are.
Is it OK for a man to stone a woman to death? No, but who are we to tell them that isn’t right, when our leaders are pillaging, hording, and starving the masses? Am I OK with 9/11? I won’t touch that, but they sure as hell ain’t going to fight a “honorable” fight and purposely give the victory to us.
I love my country. I love that I can get a free education. Im proud of what my country has given and taken from the world. Im proud to be part of a culture that has contributed as much if not more than to the world as Rome, Greece, Persia, and the Arab’s world. I just hate the people of this great nation.

Their country men have been raping them and abusing them for profit. Their country men and their religious leaders are their own worst enemies and biggest problems. So we picked a side of horrible options that liked us better. And it’s not like the middle east doesn’t have a history of royally fucking themselves and killing themselves for stupid reason going back to before the US even existed.
Their problems didn’t start with us and they wouldn’t go away even if we did. Maybe if their culture and religion were gone they’d have a chance at it, but since that isn’t going to happen it’s not worth worrying about. They’ve been at it like this since the dawn of civilization and nobody is shocked they are still at it.
