Hi Alex, I have the contract all ready for you. I added a few more concessions that should assist you in being able to perform to the contractual obligations.
As we discussed, any rooms under your group name that are pre or post the Friday and Saturday night room block will be counted towards the cumulative room block obligations.
I raised the amount of attrition allowed to 25% instead of our standard 10-20%. This means that once all is said and done, you are responsible for 300 room nights.
Our normal complimentary room policy is 1 for every 50 rooms. I gave you one for every 35 room nights cumulative, you can assign these rooms to vip or you can take the monetary value of them and we will deduct that amount from your final bill. Ie, if you picked up 400 room nights you would be entitled to 11 room nights comp or 11x$79.00 =$859.00 subtracted from your master account.
No food and beverage minimum or av minimum required
The only thing that I need from you is an email explaining what is needed in regards to the internet connection. Not be technical myself, I want to make sure that we can deliver what it is the convention needs. I believe that you mentioned one hard high speed internet line???

PS We talked again on the phone to go over some other things and she’s working on dropping the required rooms down to 90 rooms 180 room nights required which is Fn AWESOME!
Also if I didn’t get all those rooms reserved I’m only responsible for the difference, Things just got even better.
