They’re are postponed until further notice. Torrin will be in JAX for the remainder of the year from what it seems because some stuff. Unless someone steps up to the plate they won’t continue until like next semester. Also I believe there was talk about having them at Rocky’s during their console nights but it was still in the planning phase. We’ll see where that idea goes with time…but yeah for now they’re not being had.

I’ll believe this when I see it. Latter-day SNK does NOT have a good track record when it comes to bug squashing. (See: KOF XII.) I don’t have a problem with infinites, but from all I’ve seen it seemed WAY too easy to stop gameplay with glitches in XIII off the most mundane shit.
I’d buy that he’s good, but I don’t think he’s nearly as bullshit as Raiden. Kis a very well-rounded character, but you actually need positioning, momentum, and meter to do his damaging HD combos. If you're melting people's faces with K, you probably did more stuff right than wrong long before that combo started.
Raiden, from all indications, you had to play with two buttons for all of fifteen seconds, and once your dropkick was charged you could do like 60% with no stocks – easily branching into the 80-100% range with meter (read: add on an EX tackle and/or NeoMAX). Now THAT was bullshit.
Mostly I hope they give Mai her air hammer punch back so she can do her super backdash again. That move has historically been like 50% of her zoning power. Plus it makes no sense that Athena gets to keep hers and Mai doesn’t.
Will try to get into it depending on certain things. As long as they also deal with some of the stupid character specific bugs, it will ease me a little more. If that is the case, time to dust off Kula and figure out the rest of the team.
Just looking forward for new games that I know more than one or two people I can play with which names aren’t super or BB.
