Fucking finally. All of a sudden I care about EX roll claw.
Sweet, now I can make sure it gets safejumped every fucking time.
Only change I don’t really get so far is Cosmic Heel. It’s already -1 on block, 14 frame startup, and the most powerful thing Vega can really do off it on block is, um, throw. (3 frames. His fastest light normals are all 4 frames.) I get that they’re probably trying to refocus people towards the buffed-up EX roll claw for frame traps/whiff punishment (c. MP link means +4 on hit, which hopefully means +2 or so on block), but the move’s hitbox and slow speed makes it so iffy to swipe limbs already. If it’s gonna be minus on block, what incentive do I have to use it for anything but corpse-hopping?
The EX roll claw stuff sounds good, but the real acid test will be if the rolling hits are close enough together on block that people can’t mash SPD/SRK/Ultra out of it. If they have to sit through the whole thing because you rolled through their Hadoken, then I’ll definitely be hype.
I play there every day. Cvs2 is good, but marvel is broken. Anyone doing anything tonight?

@Ian — You’re not gonna pick up Yang. You said for months prior to SSF4’s release that you were gonna pick up Juri. Same with Brett and Hakan! Lies, lies, lies. It’s impractical to choose a new character prior to actually testing him/her first. Might be dramatically different than his previous incarnation. Jus’ sayin’ =)

wow ur work is amazing! im going to school for game design and animation i have a very very strong intrest in 3d modelling and digital painting too. what programs do you use? i just got my wacom tablet so ive been sketching in photoshop and i got a few tutorial books on modeling in zbrush
There is absolutely nothing wrong with the UCF CvS2 cabinet. Peak hours of play are between 12:00PM-2:30PM.

Thanks :D. I use mudbox for sculpting mostly and paint in photoshop, sometimes laying out designs in sketchbook pro. My main forte is 3ds max though. I’m kind of a renaissance man in max and PS since it’s my job. Keep at it and you’ll improve. It’s that simple
