I honestly don’t think Capcom gives a shit at this point. This certainly isn’t the first time a game’s broken street on them, and as long as they’re not handing out ISOs like candy (which they weren’t, at least not on that stream), I don’t think Capcom views them as anything more than involuntary advertisement. There’s nothing at this point they can really reveal about the game that undercuts Capcom’s marketing strategy. After all, as long as most people put down money on the 15th, they win, and the game is already poised to sell a bajillion copies. Piracy will barely scratch this game.
Haggar’s ending…goddamn. That was beautiful. Can’t wait to see She-Hulk and Deadpool’s endings.
Shit, he trolled me from far away. I don’t even visit this thread and I was about to write like four pages of why Carlos Mencia is a piece of shit asshole before I realized it was some TROLOLOLO shit.
In so many places you can smoke on the streets and cops don’t give a fuck. you get pulled over with an ounce and they send you home with a 50 dollar fine, it’s fucking amazing, I gotta move over there when I get my shit together.
Cali isn’t the only state that decriminalized marijuana. It was on the ballot here in Florida in 2008, but it didn’t get pass. Maybe you can wait for 2012?
Florida will be the last state to pass it, old folks aint having it. I bet Newyork, D.C, and Virginia will budge before we do. And I was pretty sure it didn’t make the ballot, i remember the signature process that it would take to reach the ballot though, and it got knocked somewhere along the line. Some Lady I forgot her name, needed 500,000 thousand sigs… I cant remember it all but yes, I dream the day Florida gets it. And yea there are like 6 other states that have medical marijuana bills, but Cali is the first state to damn near decriminalize it.
Barring special exemptions (medical usage, police K9 training, etc), Marijuana possession is not legal anywhere in the U.S. There are states which have decriminalized holding small amounts, but do not confuse that with legalization. Decriminalization reduces the punishment for being caught riding dirty from a criminal offense to a civil infraction similar to a parking ticket. Offenders are fined instead of being prosecuted in court. Keep in mind this only applies to holding small amounts. Usually anything more than an ounce will be considered criminal, but the amount varies by location.
Further reading. I would use this as more of a starting point than a reference.
edit: too add on what Leland is saying. No country has legalized Marijuana (Not Jamaica, Netherlands, England, Australia…). I saw a study that there are more arrest of marijuana possession in Netherlands than the State of California.
