Any B-boys here? There was a b-boy contest here in Orlando at Reign, a hip-hop clothing store. I am the one recording, so forgive me if it sucks. Also, there was this guy who was playing the bongos with the music, which sucked because he was off rhythm a majority of the time. There’s a decent amount of toprocking, but maybe too much for some? Other than that, it was good times.

I randomly decided to go back to the arcade that people played 3rd Strike at. When I arrived, I found that they totally redid the fighting game section. They now have:
- Street Fighter 4
- TvC (x2)
- Blaze Blue
- KoF 12 (x2)
- Tekken 6
All on HD head to head cabs. All of them are 2rmb a game, which is about 30 cents per play.
I had a really big nerdgasm.
I actually did ok in SF4 considering it was my first time playing it. I was losing due to missing focus attack cancels into ultras and that kind of shit. Plus I didn’t know the match ups on the new characters. I felt retarded due to losing to el fuerte high/low mix ups. I think I might pick up Rufus too, cause that target combo to ultra is pretty sexy.
I’ve already met two Chinese people who want to hang out and get games on, so I’m pretty fucking stoked.
Anyway, just thought I’d give an update from around the world! SF4 tips please, thanks.

Anyone going to www.jacon.org this weekend. I work everyday except hopefully Sunday depending how my brother feels after he comes back from Thailand tomorrow. But I’m going tonight after work to put up posters for May 30th since it’s in the exact same hotel and location, how lucky is that. There is no SF4 tournament over the weekend but since it’s the last year ever I plan on paying my respects lol.
I will be in Melbourne tonight and Orlando Saturday night. Orland wants to go to Orlando tonight, but I want to chill with my Melbourne friends since I haven’t seen them in a while.

OK guys it’s crunch time for Orlando’s May 30th Event.

This is shaping up to be a really special day for all of us and a blast overall.
Now is the time to figure who’s exactly bringing what.
Jose is being an awesome help and with Calm’s blessing and stuff he’s left behind from past tournaments.
Here’s the count and correct me if I’m wrong or let me know if you can help out.
I am personally bringing:
1 Sony 32inch Flat Screen,
Xbox 360 with SF4/HD Remix
PS3 with Sf4 HDRemix
My PS2 with Cvs2/SF Anniversary for Casuals, It has an 8 inch TV attached for giggles.
Jose is bringing his 6 Tv’s PS3w/sf4/hd and a projector and plenty of extension cords, etc.)
Florida Gaming is giving me:
3 Xbox 360’s and 3 copies of SF4 and One copy of HD remix and 3 22 inch Flat Screens if you remember their last tournament.
Face is lending me one of his HDTV’s
So for Tv’s the HD’s take first priority to be set up, So if anyone has one they’re willing to lend that isn’t too big and too much of a hassle for you let me know.
Jose and I are taking his Van friday night since we have the key to the room around 8 pm to set up all our Tv’s and Equipment.
As for PS3’s I’ve talked to a few of you and this is what I’ve been offered.
Orlando Suber, PS3/Sf4
Torrin, PS3 with SF4/HD Remix
Leland, PS3 with SF4/HD Remix
Carlos mentioned PS3, but told me he no longer has SF4 so confirm this please.
Anyone else with PS3 and SF4 please let me know if you can seriously bring it. Just bring it the day of the event guys and bring it with you and set up no a TV if you get there before me)
Now I’ll have stickers and a marker to put on each of our things,
Also if you’re bringing a PS3 bring an HDMI cable if you have it AND the RCA Cables just in case we use our CRT’s that Jose is bringing.
Remember if you bring a system, that’s 5 bucks from your door fee, if you bring a nice hdtv and I use it that’s the other 5 bucks taken off.
Of course bring your sticks/converters and such which you can use my stickers for as well to keep safe.
don’t forget i can bring a copy of sf4 for ps3,360, or both if applicable

Since I’m only gonna be staying for the SF4 Tourney to avoid wife aggro I won’t be able to bring in any of my stuff BUT if you need help setting up I can come out friday night and give you guys a hand (that place is 15 minutes from my house).
