I was reading on the blizzard site about the new Battle.Net and it says “Text and voice chat are now seamlessly interwoven into and out of the game, enabling communication whether you are in Battle.net or in-game playing StarCraft II.” Here is the screenshot they posted with it.

ah good shit, im pretty sure those links are pre(or around) SC2 launch though. the “new” battle.net does have some nice chat options for you and the people on your friend’s list or also while in a game with players. but i guess what i should have said is im tired of no chat ROOMs, this game actually launched without the classic battle.net chat rooms(even after the complaints they got in beta). but supposedly they have promised to add that feature… eventually. ill go check to make sure they’re not already in though.
i guess it wouldn’t be as bad if i knew alot of people playing SC2, but as it stands there is no one to talk to unless your in game or have friends online. its silly, fuck activision.

Anyone manage to score a copy of MvC3 yet around here? I’ve got friends elsewhere in the country who found it at mom and pop shops and/or paid to have next day delivery from Capcom. Definitely jealous.
Gonna try to make a trip down to Jantzen Beach Best Buy in hope of them having their kiosk up. Tuesday is just too long to wait. 
i kind of wish i had enough extra cash to get mvc3 and all its dlc characters, but i think ill just rely on GameFly lol.
still, some characters that i didn’t really understand are starting to grow on me(like wesker & dormammu) so i gotta give it props for being able to change some people’s minds. bb hood > trish tho

@Kurt: Watching tragic’s combo videos is leaving me with the impression that just about everyone on the roster can be crazy hard hitting. It’s awesome.
I’m gonna see if I can hunt down and/or sweet talk someone who will sell me a copy today. I haven’t gotten my shipping confirmation email from Capcom yet… and since i went with the free shipping… I have this feeling it won’t even be here until Thursday or even Friday. No way am I up for waiting that long. I’d rather buy a second copy now and sell the other when it gets here. …I’m so impatient sometimes.

I went out to Washington Square yesterday and checked in the Target there, and they had MvC3 on the shelf. Had the sales associate come over, open the case, pull out one of the several copies they had, bring it to the register, and ERROR sale denied, computer says it’s not out yet, and they took it away. Looks like if you’re trying to end up with a store-bought copy today or tomorrow, it’s going to have to be someplace small and obscure enough that they don’t have registers that flag for that.
Two more days isn’t that big a wait, but wanted to try out there just in case.
I’d complain to the manager then if they still denied it, complain to the BBB/threaten to complain to the BBB
Damn. They actually did that? Oddly, I feel even more compelled to try now. I figure Target and Fred Meyer will be my stores to check. Aiming for employee ignorance and/or a willingness to get my business.
It hardly hurts to try, I figure.
So far I’ve checked four Fred Meyers, two Targets, two Best Buys, two Sears, two Bi-Marts, Game Trader, and a Blockbuster Video. The Target was the only one that had it out in the open, though I’m fairly sure all the rest of them (except Bi-Mart) already have it in stockroom boxes waiting for Tuesday.
No dice at my Target or Fred Meyer, either. Lame. Gonna see if I can squeeze a trip down to Jantzen Beach in today.
