so i guess i am going to go to loyd since no one else is going to that one
also in the faq it says that all the pads and sticks are for the 360 and that it will be played on the 360 with what ever the store provides (so you can’t bring your own sticks)
Alright peeps, just got off the phone with a GS store manager and they are having a district wide conference call at 3:30 today. So I would hit up your GS of choice later this afternoon and see if they got any new info about the tournament.
Looks like most stores are still in the dark about it, and have no official paperwork on it.

Looks like I may have company up here in the 'Couve, too… which is sweet. If top two make it to round two, doubling up sounds like a decent thing to do.
Just called the GameStop in Washington Square and they didn’t have any info at the time. I guess they are getting a packet in the mail this weekend which will have all the info the stores need to run the thing. I will check again next week.
So are 360 pad the official brand or SFIV Madcatz pads?
not sure yet. All signs point to a regular 360 controller but hopefully we get some better news from the actual stores

I didn’t see Eugene, OR in that list which is on the official Gamestop list. I’m totally gonna be there.

Checked with the Pioneer Place GS today, and heard the same about getting their offical packet later in the week. They are taking sign-ups (I signed up just in case, even though im not assigned to this store) so I would head on over there Metal.
It also sounds like the Pioneer store will NOT be using 360 pads, and will be using at the worst, the madcatz pads. I’m sure this will vary from store to store and if they have any really passionate Street Fighter fans working there. They did mention that they may get pads in their kit (but highly unlikely)
i see, thanks for the info man im deffinitly gonna head over there in the next couple days to sign up. but as far as the controllers go i honestly hope they just stick to the rules or just change them so people know what controllers they can or cant use/bring.
I was just at the Tanasbourne GameStop and they had three people signed up and had all their posters and ads up for SF4. I’m gonna call GameStop tomorrow to try and get more details from the Washington Square store. Anybody else have new info?
