I hope they add a dedicated Volume Option for the SE and BGM and I wonder what they are planning to do bout the ranking system, I mean, everyone is going back to zero?

Man, I send Dave an email before Christmas and he hasn’t answered. I tried to ask if they’re fixing a couple of minor things that hasn’t been stated in any patch notes or elsewhere, like the music and sfx being separrated to different sliders, but oh well I guess we’ll see.
Also I hope they don’t do away with the GGPO smoothing setting even if they’re going to implement that ping filtering thing like it sort of looks from it, I’d like to be able to control my smoothing and the ping filter at the same time.
Same for me, i send him a mail about some minor things to fix but no answer, maybe Dave is fed up? Lol.
It wouldn’t be surprising considering how much bitching there has been about this game.

3rd Strike is just not meant to be played with lag. Game wasn’t designed for that (thank god).
The sooner you accept this, the sooner you’ll have more fun playing online. Ironic as that sounds.
I get what you’re saying but I dont enjoy getting rocked by crappy kens online because the crouching roundhouse and dash are rendered instant due to lag

Ive made a dozen or so friends on psn just from third strike but its not like these guys are on 24/7 and sometimes I just want to train. to be perfectly honest there are only a handful of players on psn that I’d consider good, anti-shoto and duralath being among them. Everyone else relies on gimmics that only work online

I think it’s just a collective rage (where myself is included) that 3S is just such a good fucking game and of all of the old school classic and not-so-classic fighters. This is the only game that cannot be played online without bullshit. And that is a travesty.
