This was a really cool chapter.
I loved the subtext of the scene with Fisher Tiger where he has to drink to keep his demons at bay, because he wants to kill all the humans.
You can also see Kakuās devil fruit on the desk.
Btw Koala refers to herself as āatashiā. Sheās a girl.

Tiger Fisher is so awesome. One of the things that always impresses me about One Piece is how cool and interesting all the side characters are. Great chapter.
Truth. Oda managed to create a 3 dimensional character that I actually care about in 2 chapters. Incredible.
Man the past in One Piece really does have its own throwback feel. Fedoras and high-tops. Iām still waiting for the Chuck Taylors and Jheri curls.

On to more serious matters:
-On 2 occasions Fisher looked like he did some powerful attacks without moving, or visibly showing any recoil from his attack. I wonder what his ability/style is?
-The poor ex-slave kid, living a life of bondage to the point of complete emotional suppression.
Some of the translation work in this issue seemed off, but a good read anyway.

I find the most impressive thing about the Sunny Pirates is that they just demolished a Rear Admiralās crew .Arlong and his crew seemed to have slacked of severely over the years how you go from dropping Marines and wrecking slavers to getting whooped by Luffyās crew. Iām guessing Fisher Tiger is extremely strong if he has walked through Mariejoas and was destroying a bunch of marines.
Did anybody notice that the island Koala was on was the same one that pussy Brownbeard tried to control .Which means that Sunny Pirates were wrecking in the New World .
Itās not so much that they were slacking, but Marines are filled with jobber recruits and then a handful of ranked personnel. Plus Fishmen are significantly stronger than the average man so this isnāt as surprising.
Most importantly, the Marines surrounded by ocean.

Itās been like that for like 5 chapters. Apparently itās always been like that. I guess the only reason people have stuck around this long is because itās free.
Itās been explained to me that you wait for a fight to happen and then read all of it. That seems about right.
The one panel where Arlong and Jinbei were rocking marines makes it look like Jinbei exploded the one head of the marine he was punching. I like the viciousness of the fishman pirates. It makes sense that a group of super strong fishpeople who get stronger in the ocean would make a incredibly powerful pirate crew.
I hope the reason Kizaru gets promoted to Admiral is for taking down all of the fishman pirates. Of course that wouldnāt make sense because Jinbei would have freaked out when he saw him.
Maybe it will be Kaidou or something.
Good chpt. I would rather have more insight on Boaās survival in the streets with her sisterās(robin anyone?) than a voyage with a creepy kid.

I think Fisher Tiger due to his actions might have been taking down by one of the top 3. Honestly Jinbei doesnāt seem like he would go complete apeshit if he saw an admiral who killed his boss.Remember it was just business as usual for him.He would just acknowledge the admirals presence or something not go out the way to kill him. Jinbei clearly understands the bigger picture and thats why he joined the world gov.
Nobody has said that Fisher Tiger got beat and battle and died.Its been said he has died after a battle.He could have gotten mortally wounded by a vice admiral or admiral defending somebody
