I think the moment Luffy and Akainu see each other face to face, its going to bring out a side of Luffy that we never seen. He might actually just want to straight up murder Akainu.

I would love to see Akainu beg Luffy for his life. After getting the ass whooping of a lifetime, Luffy standing above him while Akainu breaks down and begs for his life.

Thats true but I could see Akainu seeing his whole resolve of absolute justice just blow up and that might break him mentally. A pissed off upgraded Luffy has the ability to break Akainu mentally.
What would break his resolve is the vast majority of the Marines and the people approving of luffy. He is iron will is his be any means necessary to protect the people of this world. If it turns out the people see him as the oppressor and not as a protector than dude has lost the mental battle. But maybe im overestimated. Like u said his absolute justice would have to break
I really want to see Luffy murder Akainu, because Akainu just wonât stop until ALL the Mugiwaras are dead. So once Luffy sees his friends in immediate danger + the fact that he murdered his brother, Luffy will reach another level of RAGE!!!
However, knowing Oda, when Akainu asks for death in the midst of defeat due to the sheer embarrassment, Luffy will probably not honor the request⌠much to Akainuâs chagrin.

What I really wanna see is when luffy meets up with crocodile since the war. Gotta admit croco boy saved him at least 3 times, I wonder how luffy will approach him.
Croc and Luffy are now equals. Knowing Croc he is gonna say Luffy is inferior. I wonder does Croc have crew again by now.Hmmm we can wonder.
Yea but I wonder if Luffy is gonna view him more as an ally than an enemy now, my thought is that croc like everyone else knows luffy is legit now, and like trafalgar law luffy dying at marineford wouldve been a waste of a damn good pirate. I really wanna see their encounter in the new world, would be so gangsta if it came down to a standoff with luffy and zoro staring across at crocodile and mr. 1.
They are definitely gonna meet up soon . It would be interesting to see who all they have in their crew now.
Croc and Luffy will forever be hesitant allies, Goku and Vegeta basically. If Luffy ends up in a town where Croco-boy is creating a ruckus, Luffy might have to chin-check him a little but no major blood will be spilled anymore.
Law will probably need Luffyâs help in the future, I have a feeling Shichibukai Kidd (wait Whaa?!) will have reason to go after Law simply because they are pirates.
I can see Luffy beating Akainu within an inch to death and then just walk away while Akainu asks Luffy to kill him, just so he can live with the shame that a low down dirty ass pirate took him to hell and back. But I would rather see Luffy kill him since he has every reason to right now.
Law and Luffy are probably going to team up to take Kidd down in the future.
