Regardless, the artwork has been phenomenal. Oda’s treatment of Pica’s transformative ability and his rendering and scale of giant Pica really shows his skills, like the minor details of random buildings and flora stuck in his body. I especially like how Try Hard Zoro imbues his swords in hardening haki so all of them have this cool, black blade effect. This is going to look awesome when animated.

I still think Mihawk ate a Devil Fruit. It was never confirmed he did but it was never confirmed he didn’t, either.
Zoro putting THE FEAR OF GOD in Monet will forever be my favorite Zoro moment, followed by “Learning to cut Nothing” against Mr. 1 and "NOTHING HAPPENED. NOTHING AT ALL."

Zoro getting cut down by Mihawk needed to happen but I didn’t like how Zoro got trolled so hard. It happened too early in the series imo.

Zoro vs Ryuuma was the rawest, most dynamic fight he’s had so far. No DF gimmicks, just pure swordsman skill. It was one of my favorite One Piece chapters by how it was set up as well.
A person with strong ambition (haki) should be able to overpower this ability. Notice how Mihawk doesn’t sweat Perona at all. sips on red wine
