Nah, that was a proper Law-style slice, except ridiculously magnified. You’ll notice that he does some sort of swirly thing with his non-sword hand just before the slice.
I figure he either used something, possibly a touch of SAD, to power up his slice… Or he simply extended his Room past his usual limits, and overpowered Burgerface’s Haki with his own. Or, he let go of the Room limits altogether, putting all his control into that one slice.
I’m mostly going for the “better Haki” theory, possibly augmented by something else.
I am thinking a combination of full strength haki plus powers equal something similar to Yu Yu Hakusho’s Kuwabara Dimensional sword.
