When it comes down to it. You don’t feel anything when you read naruto or bleach. Maybe a little shock at some of the BS or how jiriya died. But it doesn’t invoke laughter, joy, sadness. The characters feel detacted from you.
Meanwhile Oda can make us teary eyed for the death of a boat, a fucking boat and we actually feel sorry for its loss. Or he can make us cry, laugh, or be full of joy. What other manga can invoke so many emotions?

Zoro is starting to sort of look like Mihawk.
Fisher Tiger was the one who freed Hancock and her sisters (along with a bunch of other slaves). He later started the Sunny Pirates (of which Arlong, Jinbei, Hatchan, and many other fishmen were a part of), and changed the Tenryubito hoof mark into the symbol of the Sun.
Talk about an entrance; both Luffy and Zoro showing how boss they’ve become in the past two years. Zoro needs to start rocking an eye patch with the Strawhat symbol on it.

Zoro is still an idiot but he’s still my favorite character. He had an epic entrance and his quote was BOSS.

I know it’s probably just the way Oda drew his ‘hand’ but it still looks like Zoro’s missing an arm (or a forearm perhaps) in that last panel.

Also, Brooke not being part of the crew anymore would sadden me, he’s easily my favorite member.

thats what so lovable about this series, even though alot of the characters are uber badasses they still have a lovable flaw somehow. A weakness. Zoro with his directions, sanji with women, etc.
The only one without any distractions is probably Robin.
Anyway, i think Oda set such a high standard that i was actually disappointed in this weeks episode lol. i was actually expecting MORE. now i cant wait for next wednesday to come.
