I got a question about cross-up spider sting on an incoming character. Is it simply a delayed spider sting or is it a kara spidersting that pushes you forward and under the incoming character? I was never good at kara spider sting so I couldnt really mess with it myself. Im trying to expand my options against incoming characters that doesnt involve m. webthrow.
You can just delay the spidersting.

Yes he does. Iirc, it’s getting the last hit of pillar to hit meaty then, cancel to either super to DHC UWT.
That’s one of them. He can also super jump air dash down 
land chaotic flame then DHC.

Rising jump M is an instant overhead on everyone besides:

Because his dash actually puts him into the air for a second (like storm/hulk/magneto), spidey can dash over the knocked down (after flying screen/ground bounce) bodies of everyone besides:
nemesis tron trish amaterasu iron man modok sentinel hulk
The exact amount of time you have to dash over varies with character size (doom in particular requires you to do it pretty early) meaning exactly how cheap this is can varry.
As a completely pointless tidbit, joe is so tiny you can actually dash over his crouching body.
PS. I don’t have the DLC but if I had to guess you can’t overhead jill but can cross her up, and the reverse is true for shuma
