I really liked the write up actually. I think my monitor is going out as we speak so this is for certain and important write up for me. You should all subscribe to the post and help try and spread the info out.
Just to let everyone know, the monitor I brought last week was thevh236h. It was the Evo monitor from a few years back and I have nothing but good things to say about it.
The best part is, they are fairly popular monitors in the gaming world, so if you check newegg often, you’ll see returned/defective models for sale. For example; I got mine for $129 (!) and all it had was 1 single hot/red pixel. So if you have the luxury of waiting, I’d recommend checking the site every day for a few weeks to try and nab one for cheap
Ninja Edit: That monitor also has a $20 mail-in rebate bringing the price of a new one down to $159.99. Not bad.

Ah, that’s a shame that Kevin can’t make it. But I do remember Deniz so I’m glad we have him.

Hey Gameworks was awesome thanks to all the people we meet up there it was a blast. Also I forgot to mention this but outside of it being my birthday yesterday I think it was also the two year anniversary of our club, the thread was made nov 2 2009 so we met on the first Thursday of November so it counts.
