The hype match of the night was Richerd and Chris. All I remembered was Richerd having the magic pixel and Chris having at lest 75%of life, I don’t know if anyone herd me but I said “Richerd may the 2D god be with you” after that something in his had said I need to win and he won it the match was so hype I slap my knees stood up and had to walk away if there was a hype door that would be the door for me to walk out not the salty door. :lol:
Doing that tournament made me realize how much I miss doing them, even though I’ve only done a few.
I can’t wait to see the videos.

Mostly I was pessimistic because I didn’t care if the recordings worked or not because the end result is you learned alot about what it takes to record/commentate we had a good tournament and it felt more real for everyone involved. I’m looking forward to doing it again and I’m sure next time we’ll have things running more smoothly.

So i was looking through my subscription list on youtube and saw some generic SF4 tournament footage and just kind of disregarded it then saw “OCC” and was like wait a sec.
looks like they aren’t all up but yea we have some matches on youtube. Looks good, sounds good too bad we can’t really hear josh very well but Greenshirt did a good job on commentary and got more into the longer he did it so I’m psyched to do some more of these, it’s only gonna get better.
You guys are all color, no commentator.
Also, I seriously don’t know why you guys are still letting Jay get away with that name. Even if you think it’s funny, at the very least you should be able to see how it hurts OCC’s image.
And lastly, are any of you planning on attending Northwest Majors 3 Seattle Seed Qualifier - SSF4 AE/MvC3 Tournament - 10/22
That was my call. He requested that his named be changed from DJR4GEQU1T to P0rchMonKey same thing with Armand requesting to change his name from Dirtyrice to BotPM and changing ChrisKO to CPR. I don’t think its funny but I believe that the players be represented how they wish to be represented. Not changing it because I think its not appropriate. As far as saying P0rchMonKey on commentary we probably would just say Jay anyway if we are in OCC recording matches.
I know that I won’t be there. In fact, I know many of us can’t make it to NWM. Let’s hope for the most part that things change for the better.
So far 8/13 are rendered 5/13 are uploaded and I should be done with them tonight. Crosses Fingers Don’t worry about my stoner voice. Green shirt has the better voice for commentary anyway.
I agree with Sam and Josh, but I think Sam is right. We do our best not to swear and keep everything family friendly because we (or at least I do) love and respect OCC and Gabi, and keeping things apropriate in our videos I think is an extension of that respect. So at the very least we should all try and convince Jay to use a different handle for OCC related videos we make.
