So my tensioner wheel for the belt in my car is fucked it seems, and I had to buy a new battery. I just got home today, like 30 minutes ago. My car broke down as I was on the way to Shelton, so I was stuck in Shelton until now. I bought a new battery then, just so I could make it home. But since the belt is loose, the alternator, which charges the battery as you drive, wasn’t being spun enough to charge the battery. Actually after checking it when I got home, I was lucky it didn’t come off as I was driving. I don’t know if I’ll be able to make it to this Thursday if my car is running by then anyways. This Thursday is supposed to be a good Thursday, but the person I’m picking up is staying an extra day, so instead of picking them up Wednesday this week like usual, it will be this Thursday, assuming my car is fixed by then. If not I may get my friend to come again (if his headlight is fixed by now), and just pick me up. We’ll see. I’m not looking forward to this, because by the looks of it the engine might have to be removed to fix this. Maybe, if I’m lucky (which hasn’t been the case so far), we can do whatever we need to do from the underside of the car, if we can find some drive up ramps or just take it to the shop and they use a lift. I can’t imagine the part being all that expensive since it’s basically a wheel, which seems find, and a spring, the part that is probably fucked. The problem with having mechanics do the work is often labor costs. Especially if they have to take the engine out.
Oh and my stick still hasn’t arrived, the seller still hasn’t contacted me (I’m filing a claim, fuck that guy), and since my car isn’t running well (the battery would die if I tried to go anywhere anyways) I am not able to go get the stick that manoftheleaf has offered to let me borrow (Thank you, again).
One of my good friends from Olympia works at the Wal-Mart, he told me it was a four person tournament. He did grab me an MvC3 launch poster, though, which is cool except for the fact that I’m not at ALL excited for the game.
Anyways, my girlfriend and I are headed up there on Saturday. I’ll try to make it out to OCC and introduce myself to you guys next Thursday.
Sadly, my Point Blank 2 is out of service…I’ve been asking around but no one seems to no the answer…Gun registers but only shoots in the middle…I think i have a bad gun pcb or wiring jacked up…
Also that’s my other house which asian wife says its off limits at the moment…Thats along with the Daytona USA twins & Neo Geo…
The gathering is going to be at the garage, that means i would strongly recommend you guys bringing extra coat or snuggie, i have a SFIV snuggie somewhere haha

As long as we don’t need to move a cab. I’m fine with that. There back killers if you want to move them, but I’m fine with the set-up at your place. To tell everyone who haven’t been their. It’s a nice place, nice cab’s, nice games, but it’s really cold like Russia so yeah bring a coat or two.

So things are looking good for fixing my car (knock on wood), so it may be fixed sometime this afternoon. Still not sure how Thursday is going to happen for me, but I’ll try to make it.

I think someone needs to update the original post with all the new information. I’m lost and have been thinking about re-entering the fold. Just keep in mind, until Yang and Yun are released, I’ve dropped ALL Street Fighters except 3S. I’m all about Marvel for now.
Rising Church- I am going to take my SUV in for services today (woot woot 100K miles). I aint sure how long its gonna be there probably at most a day if everything goes well. So either you can drive up to Exit 120 on I-5 and park at the parking lot before the Ft. Lewis gate or you can wait til Thursday or Sunday.
