I think there are some missing matches. Some teams who win in the block 1-2 aren’t goint to be seen again 
but it’s probably an issue of the original dvd and not of the rip. Strange though…
Updates: Amado’s Capture card died, so no new encodes for a while. I’ll try to fix the current SHGL tape, though it will take a fair amount of time, so patience please. =]
I’ve been looking through some of my old VHS and I found an old TZW tape that I haven’t seen online yet. The title screen is below:
I would capture it but I can’t get consistent video to appear. It looks terrible in video quality (goes between color and b/w, pretty fuzzy), when I can actually get a picture at all. I was able to at least capture the title screen seen in the link above. I do know that it contains all sorts of nasty Guile combos from WW, HF and Super/ST, plus some other characters too. This is a different tape than the one previously posted in this thread. The title for this is Guile Lightning Sonic Plus. Anyone have this in somewhat visible quality?

Yes it’s the same, but it seems to be more watchable than the one Amado has. Bernie should hook us up. 
The thing is, I can’t get the picture to stay on screen. When I record to whatever format, it stays black and I can only sometimes get the actual video to show. Audio is no problem, tho. I don’t have this problem when I just playback the VHS to the TV, only when I try to capture or record to DVD.
Perhaps it was recorded on some tape that has protection, your best bet would be to capture it directly to the PC, or perhaps if you can create a VHS copy and ship it to someone for capturing. Though that might take a lil more.

It’s useless to bump or request if you don’t know who has it. If you DO know, convince them to scan it or get them to send it to me and I’ll scan it.

I got that from Amado, but its badly desynched to the point I have to split it in pieces and manually synch each one of them. I’ll try to do it in the weekend though, it’s massive work. =/
