Regarding Dudley v2012 changes I have talked to other people that play others chars and they also think these final changes are not enough to bring Dudley to the spot light. IMO these changes are more cosmetic than practical. We have to also consider that most of the cast got very good buffs.

It’s my own modded version of Dudley that has all the requested buffs using Dantarion’s moveset editor based on Yeb’s latest v.2012 ae pc.
Is Dudley top tier in that mod?

That is certainly a possibility, but I think it’s unlikely for various reasons.
I’m not trying to be trollish by not listing the reasons, it’s just that it would be a lot to type and it’s probably not worth it to debate.
Besides 2012 will be out shortly, so we can just test it then.
