Waffles are too old school. Pancakes are much better, but I can understand how you’d be unable to adjust as pancakes require a lot more condiment management.
That’s ridiculous, the syrup management system has been in breakfast since before you were even fucking born.
You scrubs are just salty because it takes more time to fill all the squares in the waffle then just pouring syrup over some scrubby flat surface.
The best part of this argument is that Waffles are far more recent than Pancakes, having come about during the Holy Roman Empire, yet the pancakes are being treated like the newer fighting game with “syrup-pouring assist” and the waffles as the older one.
Waffles are geared toward the orderly eater who prefers a geometric grid by which to slice his food. Pancakes, being the much denser food, are geared toward the gluttonous eater who continues to eat even after he’s tired of it.
Only a scrub would want to eat a waffle. I mean how NOOB can you be when your breakfast food is practically telling you to ‘CUT ALONG THE DOTTED LINES’, ‘INSERT SYRUP HERE’.

NASA engineers need to use rigid, unflinching instructions to build equipment to be shot into space. A goddamn idiot can probably manage to hook up a game system without using instructions. Does this mean that the NASA engineer is a scrub compared to a goddamn idiot?
