Around the shimmer it feels like it’s not sitting flush. After pushing on it a bit, it feels like it’s not the top plexi that’s giving, the creaks are coming from the hood clasp. The buttons seem alright. After looking at it more, it seems like the shimmer is all around the outside areas of the stick, not on the very edge but about halfway between the edge and the buttons/stick.
I took a photo, but it’s hard to get a good picture of the shimmer. I’d take more photos of the stick, but my place is trashed, haha. I’ll have to find a good open spot tomorrow and snap some stills.
Oh, I forgot, there’s one super awesome bit inside the stick. On the inside of the stick is a sticker that shows you exactly what color of wire corresponds to what buttons. A small touch, but damn nice.
The moisture from the boat ride across the Pacific/transit from factory to port probably caused this. I apologize. It’s an easy fix though. Just open it up and separate the artwork/plexi, wipe it down with a nice clean/smooth cloth and you should be good

Can the shirts be dual-modded?
Hey mark, again great news on the shirts , I know you mentioned to me on twitter you will reach out to existing 360 orders made already on it ( as an added bonus ), how will you get in contact? to the email we provided on our order ? i just ask because I believe my folks used a guest checkout( no store acct) using my email and i’m just unsure how your side will process that sort of thing. I do have my order# and receipt though just in case you need it.

Got mine today. I also have the same multi-colored issue with the plexi as the other guy (time to clean). Looks perfectly fine. I haven’t had a chance to actually use it in a game, but from pressing the buttons and just doing a few motions for fireball or DP it does sqeak from the latch quite audibly unless I really try not to press down on it. It’s also uneven about an inch towards the open panel button from the centre of the stick but I’m nitpicking on that.
Aside from the squeaking, it feels great. Can’t wait to put it through its paces tomorrow night.
UPDATE: Looks like the squeaking was from that it was still a little cold from delivery. Same goes for the uneven surface. Works perfectly on PC. I love everything about it so far.
Do screw-in buttons work perfectly with the way the plexi/panel/acrylic rings work on this stick?
