In all seriousness though, I hope you get through. I had some issues with preordering before as well that they were thankfully able to sort out. The process isn’t perfect, but they’ll most likely work with you to make sure you get sorted out.
Any chance that you could hook up the **many loyal Madcatz customers **who pre-ordered their USF4 TE2s months ago with this “special bundle”? Just so they don’t feel “screwed” for pre-ordering your products instead of waiting for Capcom Cup or Evo to get some deal.
It would be nice to get something.
I mean some of us ordered when we were promised USFIV TE2s to be shipped in early October and resisted the urge to buy other available sticks for almost 3 months.
Thanks for looking into this, MarkMan. Creating a conflict within your customer base where they are hyped about your products, but have been trained to wait for the big FGC events to get the most for their money, can’t be good for sales for the rest of the year. I’d certainly understand if its too late to address this at this point, but either way I appreciate you looking at it from a “pre-order customer’s” point of view.
