Unfortunately that does not “say it” as you put it. I’d does not give a precise date (only a generalized time frame) nor does said time frame even have anything to do with when they will be shipping as per the original comment in question, as that time frame is for when they will be available.
From my understanding, the point of the original question was to determine if they would be shipping out before the release date so that they may arrive at customers doorsteps on release day, as opposed to shipping out on release day.
Well you got the word from a industry insider himself, Markman who works for Mad Catz.
He said they be available for sale on the website on those dates.
Which has been the posted estimate since the announcement for the USFIV TEs since October. We have an estimate of sometime in the next 2-4 weeks for the USFIV TE2s. That’s not a date, it’s an estimate. I don’t think it’s unreasonable to ask for a specific launch day given that we’re already within the lower bound of his range.
Once again that is when they will be available for sale, which is not what the question is about. Sale ≠ shipped.
FYI for those unaware; P4U2 TE2 is now up on the store for pre-order. Surprisingly, the artwork hasn’t been reworked for North America and still says “The Ultimax Ultra Suplex Hold”; not something I’m completely upset about but just a bit of surprise.
Hmm I want to cancel my USFIV TE2 preorder and change it to a Guilty Gear TE2 preorder, but there doesn’t seem to be a way to do it via the site. Anyone figure this out?
To cancel an order/preorder you have to call Mad Catz and speak with a live CS representative.

I want that GG stick, it’s on my Xmas list. (yes my entire family still makes lists o:) )
But mid December, would it even arrive before Christmas? or you think I’m better off going with the SF stick?

I’d imagine this only applies to orders in the USA, as Canadian orders only have one shipping option.
Dont suppose there is much in the way of a UK release date? Maybe I am useless but I cant seem to find anything on google apart from the TE2 on the XB1 or the Hori for the PS4 but it is out of stock on Amazon - TE2 for PS4 in UK before GG lands please 
@MarkMan announced on twitter that the PS3/4 sticks are shipping next week. 
I still haven’t been able to pre-order the Persona stick. Just like last time when I tried to pre-order the USFIV TE2, the site would always tell me that there are no shipping options to my home address. I’ve contacted MadCatz support for assistance and I’ve followed their instructions (which were the same in both instances) right down to the punctuation marks. So either the Canadian website has problems or my address just isn’t on the map at MadCatz HQ. Any ideas @MarkMan ?
Hi everyone! Sorry for the lack of posts/interaction here lately. I’m home for the next few weeks so I’ll be a bit more active (plus I miss this forum)!
As mentioned, there is currently crazy congestion at the port of Long Beach where we receive our shipments and because of this, incoming shipments and customs have been further delayed because of the Holidays. I do NOT have an exact date but I do know we should have it dock/ready to ship next week for the Ultra SF4 products.
I hope the union issue at the port gets resolved so we don’t have any future delays but if it continues, expect the same to happen to GGXrd and P4U2 versions. Let’s keep our fingers crossed that they arrive on time though!

No headset jack on the PS3/PS4 ones. I wish we could have the same use/functionality as the DS4s for stereo headsets but the tech isn’t available to us at this time.
This was a choice by Atlus as we wanted to release the same stick that we released in Japan. So yeah, no changes. ^.^
