Yeah I went earlier in the AM and nowhere on the shelf either, though they had 2 Vanilla MvC3 spots so I think the “problem” got fixed lol. I had a guy go back and check and he took like 10 mins to come back empty handed… also stopped in on about 4 more of em on my way home as well as 2 other places with no luck. I think…it’s time for me to give up…lol Oh well, Tuesday ain’t that far, but it sucks to grab it at midnight during the week for those of us that work a decent schedule.

I think there’s no point in trying out big franchise chains. Just locate a small shop and offer to PM addresses / names.
Stores that run on electronic inventory seem to have the release day blocking on the system whether the clerks are aware or not.

Iam done just resorted to buy a preowned copy of vanilla to practice for the local gamestop tourney that’s being ran of the movie theater screen. Sucks Was hoping to play it on my days off well there always tomorrow or my next days off still though if someone gets it let me know pm me.

Pretty much same deal here. Searched all the most likely places to have early copies (except A&C who are always too busy playing NES games to help customers), and no dice. I even checked a bunch of Zellers’ and Walmarts and nothing. It’s a little depressing.
At least the Gamestop near me is going to be open Midnight tomorrow so I can pick it up then when I stop in to pick up my Saints Row The Third preorder.
You guys might as well just call your local Gamestops for midnight releases. Otherwise at this point no early release for you.
If you are still fast, you can do the Amazon deal and have it shipped to you by the 15th, and get free DLC costumes as well.
