Well I have not gotten my mitts on the sticks in person yet but and I am looking forward to the TE , ST, and pad
Seeing inside the TE, ST sticks (being a DIY) person makes me feel like I can mod them or keep at stock looks like HQ stuff to me. Makes me excited to get the ST stick, to try my first mod.
After seeing all the options for the TE easily surpasses the VSHG and HRAP3 in layout size and is mod friendly +
I?m sure the more experienced people here will chime in.
btw:American style arcade stick will be in collection if you make it! lol
I hope that every stick you guys make are as easy to mod as these two.

I think you guys couldn’t have possibly done a better job. When I (and many others no doubt) was just getting into joysticks and all that I’d buy garbage ones thinking that’s fine, around the same price you can get a SF FightStick and if someone ever does get more into it, it’s a nice surprise that it can be modded. I honestly think you’ve done an amazing job and if MadCatz decides to give you a Mercedes as a bonus for a job well done, I’d say you should get two. MadCatz I think will play a big part in getting fighting games recognized again, and I’m excited for that.

Actually Madcatz have stepped up their products as of late, look at their Rock Band stuff. Its not just joysticks they are making all kinds of actually good peripherals.

A friend of mine wanted to get a stick to play on the computer. Hes not too hardcore but wants a good stick to play and hates it to no end when the controller is the reason he cant pull off his moves. After playing SFIIHDR on the 360 pad, the guy almost swore off the xbox forever. >_<
Would you guys recommend the PS3 HRAP3 or the MadCatz regular FightStick?
I wanted to recommend the HRAP to him but I dont know if its plug and play for the PC. If it isnt, is it hard to setup? Is it just drivers to install? He likes the HRAP too since he wants something bigger and a bit better than the Fightstick but hes a bit computer inept.
2009 is the year Madcatz is going wild, they should just spend their time making sticks from now on.
You guys NEED to make more sticks :lovin: Personally I love bigger arcade sticks than the smaller ones such as the Hori FS3. Why bigger? Because it’ll be heavier and no sticks are going to be flying as I try to pull off some moves.

for all the guys in the U.K game has a preorder code on the tills in store but i dont know about the stock situation or whether they are guarenteed.
at the moment there is no charge to order you just need to be a reward card holder.
might be worth ordering one and see how it goes as there is no obligation to collect it if you dont want it.

I knew it! The SFIV are just a prototype for building the “next big thing” at MadCatz!
Therefore, they will not focus on making more SFIV TE’s but on the upgrade!
