Currently, Jaedong (Z). Bisu § is up there too. I am not quite sure who is he most consistent Terran at the moment. I really like Sea and UpMagic is fun to watch, but both choked in the last tournament season.
Historically speaking, Boxer is a legend. Nada probably has the most achievments. Both Terran.
Edit: Katrina needs to be retired. ASAP.

Also Flash is playing super hot right now, if he beats Jaedong I’d unreservedly say he’s the top but Light is up there also… hoping Hwasin shows us the guy who pushed savior and Bisu to the limit and starts tearing everything up in the near future, though.
