Man, effort didn’t seem to put in a lot of effort in those matches. I was pretty disappointed watching them. I’m a Terran fan too lol.
I’m glad Berserker won cus it will means Flash has a much better chance to win now, but Effort looks like he was caught by surprise in those matches or he just didn’t care.
The heritage league was a tournament where they invited a bunch of old school, top players (and tossgirl) to play. Had some really good matches.
to be fair effort had to play 3 games for his team 2 hours b4 his series with iris. i know some people say u cant get tired in a game, but i think this could be a valid example lol

lol Starcraft is both physically and mentally exhausting. I used to play for ~6 hours a day and feel like dying.
never played that long but only in SC games on iccup i get mad nervous lol. like when im in a random iccup game, and i 2fact vs a P i get really nervous and my heart actually beats. this never happens when i play SF4 or any other FG (ofc i havent been in a high pressure situation like a tournament finals)
I respect this game so much but in all my history of gaming it has always been the most intimidating. The best I could muster was testing new builds or trying new tricks to piss people off. (My patented 1 zealot rush on hunters)
Even when I play wc3tft, which I say is much easier to play, I am almost twitching after 20 mins because of the strain and concentration it takes. I have no idea how people can do it professionally.
I’ve only seen a few people that made it past 1-2 games on their first time with the game.
It really is tiring.

Ohh wow I just barely stumbled onto this thread, I use to be very hardcore player for BW(memorized cd key!) when it first came out, I was able to play random very well and was on the verge of going pro as I was playing on the oldschool korean servers(gamebugs?)…been so long. I fired up BW like 2 months ago and played 1 match, after like 5 minutes my hands went numb or something lol, I was in almost shock how I was able to play like 3 days straight while having a very high apm with no sleep. Is there a certain channel where srkers hang out and stuff to get games in? Id definitely wouldn’t mind playing to get ready for SC2 if others are playing still. BTW looks like east server is complete crap now with all the money maps / custom games all over the place…
