That is great to know and I applaud their effort.
Best of luck to you guys. Hope all this effort is worth it for the final release.
Hopefully I get an invite to the āWhat improvements would you like to see for Giefā test or the āWhy Honda should be removed from the gameā panel.
My brother took a video of this game at the San Diego Comic Con and I have to say even though it was a beta version, I was more impressed by ST HD than SFIV. I donāt know maybe its because Iām old school. When does this game finally come out. I need to it to come out asap. Iāve been waiting forever.
Does anyone know if there will be an arcade version of this game?
I donāt think iāve posted more than once on the Capcom forums, but Iāll be around Friday to playtest. CigarBob, iāll keep an eye open for you on live. Iāve been playing a LOT since the 2.0 patch (iām currently ranked #1 in ranked matches) so i should be able to contribute.
believe me, i have lots of questions. but since the game is pretty much in a feature lock, I doubt anything will get added, unless it already has been added. My main thing is if the connections will be displayed in a game and in the game lobby like every other game. That alone, will help a lot
Yeah, connections in game would be great. Kind of like how Tekken 5DR has it setup. Also, tell them to PLEASE keep the ping values and not to convert to bar like many other games. Ping gives a much better idea of what kind of lag one can expect.
the ping numbers are staying as far as i know. but they need to add a disclaimer on the screen saying āthe lower the number, the better.ā I bet most people think the higher number is better. Hence why you get hella laggy matches a lot, Iām guessing.
I say make it a display option. choose between bars and ping. I would say default it to bars tho, to cater to the casuals
