Super street fighter 4 AE rebalancing request concerning Oni:
-Less fireball recovery since they don’t travel full screen. (not fully charged fireballs)
-More projectile invincibility frames towards start up on medium demon slash
-Make Target Combo 2’s standing fierce not whiff on crouching opponents and make them stand up on hit
-Shoryuken FADC’able on block
-Electric fireballs can be combo’able after EX demon slash and/or FADC’d Shoryuken

Not sure I agree with those, especially not the FADC’able shoryuken. Oni’s damage potential would skyrocket to Cody/Dudley levels if his st.HP hit crouchers. He already does obscene damage off of FADC combos.
His fireball game is honestly fine. Should stay as is.
I don’t think an extra 50 health is enough of a change though, that much I agree on. I would say speed up his f.mk and make his crossup slashes safe on block. I know each one is a heavy damage untechable knockdown/Ultra attempt, but they’re EASILY avoidable/beatable WELL BEFORE the active attack frames. That alone is risk enough.

Hmm. Gouken palms can be spaced though. And they got decent pushback. Besides, don’t new palms have new ranges/attributes? They could well be safe.
Very easy to punish Gouken palm if the spacing is not perfect. Very difficult to get the spacing perfect on a moving target.
almost positive stand fierce alone already hits crouchers. its when used in the target combo b.mp fp that the fp whiffs. however you can do shit like cr.jab x2 stand fp xx lk slash. 99% sure it works on everyone crouching.

No, new palms are the ones from SSF4. When they made AE they removed the wrong palm.
So basically, in SSF4 he had LP Palm which went about a quarter of the screen, MP Palm which is about half and HP which was about 3/4 (extended palm will basically hit at just abotu full screen). I’m just talking distance travelled. All Palms were -6 on block.
In AE they had the idea to take away LP palm and turn it into that standing still palm you see now, they nerfed the dmg by 30 but made it -4 on block (pretty much safe considering pushback) but gave it crap range/hitbox. So we were left with a LP palm that had smaller range than standing jab. A palm that went half screen and was -6 on block and a palm that went 3/4 screen and -6 on block.
In 2012 they kept stand still lp palm but supposedly made the hitbox go further out, MP palm became the 1/4 screen distance and HP palm is now 1/2 screen distance.
Obviously I can’t comment on frame data but I assume it will all the same. -6 on block for MP and HP, -4 for LP.
Also the difference between Oni palm in terms of safeness is Oni is left right in your face for a throw or overhead smash or uppercut. With Gouken I cannot punish overhead smash on block (the LK one). Gouken, if he spaces correctly is well out of range for any followup pressure.
I would say nerf T.Hawk hard capcom.
this character wins every major tournaments and all others are free for him.
i suggest this:
hp to 100hp is enough. this guy just can’t die.
spd damage to 10.
ultra 1 unable to grab your opponents because this ultra is too dangerous.
dp needs to be slower and bigger hurtbox.
spire is too fast and travels too far. must be nerved.
ultra 2 needs to be 1080 motion with all 6 buttons. hcb x2 is focking tooo easy to pull off.
this guy walks super fast. need to walk slower. others just can’t keep up with him.
needs bigger hurtbox overall on this guy. we seem to have problems hitting him.
condor dive fucks all fire ball characters. this one needs to be nerved.
his dash is way too fast and goes too far. need fix here.
he can wake up for free. fix this.
his anti air moves are way too good. no other character can ever enter in close range to do damage. remove his aa moves.
his focus attack is way too fast and has a reach from here to tokyo. nerf this.
