seths alt2 is a bit daft, the flame on his head is fixed in position so it looks more like hair than a flame.

I like his alt 2… definitely better than random pants at the very least.
It wasn’t just random pants. It was Capcom’s attempt at giving him his business suit outfit. They just couldn’t give him his top for reasons stated thousands of times.
