With Redd’s status unclear and Jennings still shooting 35%, they needed scoring insurance. You could argue that they got that in Maggette, but I figure that having two legit 20ppg scorers able to be out on the floor at the same time (Salmons at SG, Maggette at SF) may benefit the Bucks at certain times; our offense was HORRIBLE throughout the playoffs.

offense was bad cause bogut wasn’t there and they were the worst shooting team in the league last year. They had no post game and were forced into taking bad shots with the clock running down. bucks have too many guys at the 2 and 3 spot this year. they should have gotten more 4’s and 5’s. i do like the brockman trade though. very nice.

Of course the Cowboys are huge in Dallas. I remember on 12/19 last year, I went to see the Stars play the Red Wings in the afternoon (sat two rows above the ice, it was awesome) and then I checked into a hotel for the night. I walk from my hotel to a Dallas bar to catch the Saints-Cowboys game (despite growing up in Houston I am a lifelong Cowboys fan - my father, grandfather & uncle are all Cowboys fans, so I inherited it) and literally EVERY TV YOU COULD SEE FROM A WINDOW in any bar, restaurant, etc. had the game on.
Just wait and see… But anyways, this is the NBA thread, once pre season is over my ass is going into the NFL thread.
