Official NBA IS BACK CKRAZY SEASON 3 FANTASY FUN LEAGUE CHAMPION NEVER FORGET!

12/29/2010  The Rockets will lose to the Chimeras and be back under .500.

Spurs vs. Magic

Anybody catch Howard accidentally throwing the ball to Blake’s head near the end of the 4th quarter?

Oh, that wasn’t an accident. He was trying to bounce it off of Quinn so that the Magic would get the ball back.

I know I’m late but did anybody catch that Warriors comeback!? Hahaaaaaaa! Man I hope they can pull it together. They really need everybody to stay healthy (but then again isn’t that the story for every team in the NBA?)

Yeah, Orlando did the trade so they could keep dwight the next few years. FA after this season if I’m not mistaken.

Dwight has an option year for 2012-13. He can opt out after next season.

Sixers fans on the internet actually think he may want to come there. It’s pretty super funny.

Which team is the most jesus’y? He’ll probably go to that one.

LeBron James: Contraction ‘would be great for the league’ - ESPN

LBJ shitting on the Nets and Minnesota, as well as the entire league. Probably won’t get fined.

If he doesn’t get fined, that would be absolutely ridiculous; But I wouldn’t be surprised in the least bit if nothing comes from this.

I mean, back before he got drafted, Dwight said he wanted to play for the Hawks since he’s from Atlanta. They have Horford now, but he’s really a PF. A Horford/Dwight frontcort would own the league.

I’ve watched every Heat game this year, and this was by far the most boring for some reason.

Random coach wtfs that are currently happening:

Doug Collins started giving Spencer Hawes minutes. Hawes had three double doubles, averaged about 3 blocks, made a few three pointers, and they even win a couple games in a row. Now somehow, he’s losing minutes to Tony Battie. Are you kidding me?

Or how about in Houston, where 6’6" Chuck Hayes is the starting center over both Brad Miller and Jordan Hill. And since Houston lucked out with a 4 game winning streak right now, I guess Adelman thinks this is a good idea going forward.

I hate NBA coaches.

I just got home, but looking at the box score I only want to say one thing and one thing only

CHIMERA!!!1

:woot:

Really wanna see those games today, could be an even better christmas then expected.

Why was Nash not shooting. I wanted to punch him every time he passeed up his shots for passing.

Really glad LeBron is taking some jabs at other teams/players around the league, even if that wasn’t his intention. For all the shit he and Heat got the past few months, its well deserved.

yeah i really like lebron saying my hometown team should be discarded.

REAL WELL DESERVED

Who is your hometown team, PBalls?

hope La beats the breaks off miami

How is that shitting on those teams? Contraction is a no brainer.

Although ironically he is on a team that should probably be contracted.

Just take it back to 26 teams. The quality of play in the league would skyrocket, at least entertainment wise.

Nice to see Paul Silas is going to run in Charlotte. For someone who is supposed to be such a good coach, Larry Brown sure is an old white man sometimes.

Iunno, saying the nets and timberwolves should stop existing is kinda shitting on them, to me at least?

I think the Nets will be fine once they move to Brooklyn and acquire a young star player to build around (Melo).

The Wolves have a nice team, but they’ve always been on the cusp of moving to another city since the mid 90s. The Spurs used to be the same way until Duncan arrived, led them to a few championships, and made San Antonio a prime example of a small market city viable enough to support a pro sports franchise.

This is what I would like to see happen: one team from each conference will be contracted (Bobcats and Grizzlies), the league goes back to two 7-team divisions per conference (Atlantic/Central and Pacific/Midwest), and New Orleans will most likely move to Seattle.

The league would then have a dispersal draft (in order of worst to best) of roughly 24-30 players from the Bobcats/Grizzlies. That’s almost enough for each team to take in 1 player. Any remaining players would become FAs.

A lot would have to happen to make this work. It would require a serious overhaul and/or re-structuring of the league’s CBA, player contracts, etc.

This is pretty much what the league used to look like before Vancouver/Toronto in 1995. But in this case, the Raptors would be replacing the Hornets in the Central and the Midwest would have 7 teams as opposed to just 6.
