I feel that New York probably would have won if the clock stopped at the right time after the Paul Pierce shot. Oh well though, still a solid game. The rest of the night was filled with sadness for me since Noah’s injured and Blazers barely lost a close game that they should have won imo. Fouls just weren’t called.

I would wait for melo. The team is only getting better as the year goes on and they are a shoo-in for the playoffs. I would try to make only minor upgrades, IF that and see if you can get Melo in the off season. NY has a decent team right now though, no sense gutting it.

Personally I think Danilo Gallinari is hugely over-rated, but the Knicks are thinking of him as their second main guy which I think is sort of silly.

at Danilo being a 2nd banana. At BEST he is the next Toni Kukoc. With slightly better FT%, but slightly worst rebounder. Everything else is pretty much the same. Look up the stats I dare you to! Even same height (I think).
I know the Knicks are hype up and their fans are going nuts, but remember Cleveland beat San Antonio 3-0 in the regular season to get smack 4-0 in the Finals. It’s all about the playoffs.

the thing about cleveland with lebron is that they had hopes of winning the finals (and of course getting there each year). i don’t think any of us knicks fans think that the knicks are going to the finals, lol.

At least the east got the guards right. As for centers it should be Dwight and Noah not Dwight + Shaq. Noah will undergo surgery anyways so Shaq would have taken his place, but Noah should get the all-star under his name he deserves it.
As for the West is concern they should just get rid of the center spot and have the top four forwards split the spots. Actually they should just the top 6 forwards in the west. Also how is Russell Westbrook getting no love, but Durant get tons of love? Geo is not happy about this nor am I.

It’s funny cuz the Knicks probably won’t even be a 50 win team but they’ll get bandwagon fans like crazy. Most teams have to win a ring or at least make the finals to fire up a bandwagon. Hell the Nets went to the finals twice and they didn’t get any love nationally. Must be a NYC thing. New York is one of the few true basketball cities left. Even in a city with teams in other sports who are good (Yankees, Giants) nothing gets NY buzzing like the Knicks.
