To be fair, New York and Miami fans were doing the same shit talking about how only star coaches can coach their team. Especially Miami talking about how Riley needs to coach when he does not even have anywhere near the motivation or want to.
Stop it Clint. I know what you’re doing. You’re not gonna convince us to hire Sam Mitchell just cause he’s the winningest coach in Raptors history.
Fire Mike Brown Hire Paul Silas
no bring back d’antoni. lakers can run right?
Yeah, that’s why New York and Miami fans are dumb too. Though Pat Riley was right there and very active in the front office already anyway, so I don’t think it was as big of a stretch to suggest it.
Obviously the Lakers would be better served with a top notch head coach candidate that is not afraid to physically fight his own players, like a former Coach of the Year award winner Sam Mitchell.
Replacing Mike Brown with Sam Mitchell would be the best thing to happen for the Lakers, Sam would definitely improve their offense immensely.
To quote the wise words of Sam when he lead the impeccable Raptors squad: “Our goal is to put up 100 shats a game.”
Just ask Rasho, the former superstar who spearheaded the gameplan by raining treys from downtown. He will tell you it works.

Best part is how the Lakers projected wins increases after getting 3 shitty players and Westchuck.
Speaking of former coach of the year Sam Mitchell in the Laker season preview, he said it would be a bad idea to implement a new offense with this team. I guess he was right.

It starts at 6:12, this man is a genius.
Now rumors of D’antoni are starting to surface.
I’m actually looking forward to that Bobcats-Mavs game to see if Kemba drops 30 again.
Rasheed Wallace a Knick? ROFL
I don’t think I’ll ever be able to look at players just as numbers like you fantasy buffs seem to.
Seems almost inhumane
Everyone has a value man. You, me, bill gates, Oprah, Steve Nash. Don’t matter even your dick has a value. Only X amount of times it fucking until that shit doesn’t get hard. Just saying…
Gotta maximize your value! That’s what Wilt did. Just don’t pull a Magic and you’re good.

People forget though why Westbrook’s such a good player - there is absolutely no one that can stop him on the other side of the ball at PG when he gets going. Obviously Westbrook is trigger happy and has more of a SG mentality than a PG one, but it’s a question of optics. This is what Wade’s been doing for years, but he’s the “shooting guard” so it’s okay, but Westbrook plays “point guard” so it’s not. But OKC doesn’t run conventional sets with a conventional PG anyway. They have a SG running things, so to compare Westbrook to other pass first/facilitator guys like Nash or Paul is like apples to oranges. He should be held to a different standard.
And a lot of that has to come down on Scott Brooks. Why do you have a SG doing what a PG should do?
If your point guard isn’t executing what you want them to execute on the offensive end…you have to fix that. If you have plays you want to run…run them. If your point guard isn’t running the plays you want him to run, then it’s a coaching issue.
Though I suspect that Scott Brooks doesn’t really have a lot of set plays and he just lets Westbrook ball however he wants…so again, the criticism falls again on the coach because if he’s not straight up endorsing it, he’s still allowing it.
Fucking reign in your guy if he’s not doing what he’s supposed to be doing.
The difference is that A) Wade can play better D, and B) Wade knows how to get the fuck out of LeBron’s way. Russ not only doesn’t get the fuck out of Durant’s way he impedes it.
I wouldn’t be surprise if the Kings go 0-82 this year. Looks like whoever touch the ball first is going to shoot. There’s no ball movement at all.
Westbrook will go as far as to intentionally not pass the ball to Durant when Durant is open. There is no question in my mind it is just Westbrook’s way of saying I am just as good as you so let me prove it by taking this really bad 22 foot jumper.
McGee just did a spin move/layup. It was so fast and fluid, I didn’t even know it was him. Clearly that work with Hakeem paid off.
If Miami lose tonight do they fire Spo and blow up the team?
Heat fans don’t care about firing Spo anymore. It was mainly a reaction to the need to win and the constant pressure applied to the team. Now that we’ve won it all, it doesn’t matter.
