No it does not, it is a silent auction. You get the 100 dollars for bidding on players and that is it, if you run out then you do not get any more.
You get 100 bucks to bid on players throughout the entire season. Minimum bid is 0 so even if you run out you can still get guys if no one bids on them.

Im pretty sure its a blind auction for free agents. You have to put in your Max bid and hope no one bids higher than you did.
